Wow! It has been over a month since my last Summer Ray blog. But I have been busy with other things too and plus working on my health and skating. Yet, Summer Ray is never far from my heart. God is opening up so many new doors and it is very exciting. But it is all happening so fast as we knew it would, once we got to where we needed to be. Now that we are here, we are starting a whole new chapter. Twelve years in February, it’s like an end of an era. I don’t remember all the ups and downs. We finally have our new Marketing Director on board. Just when my fatigue with the project was starting to get to me, God sends two of me. I mean i! Kari is a huge ball of energy and quite brilliant. I have to run to keep up with her. WELCOME to SUMMER RAY – KARI!
We are now looking for props to use. There are some scenes that we can actually start to film here in a few months. I can hardly believe it! Maybe on February 09, 2021, I will film one of my cameo shots. It’s so cool! It’s the anniversary of when I first climbed Big Round Top, in the snow back in 2009.
Twelve years later, we are stronger than ever. Thanks be to God! People tend to wonder why I never quit. Summer Ray may be hard work, but it is work that fits me. I never feel like I am working. I just know that I am to get to distribution and to, “The End!” This isn’t something I will ever give up on. God will continue to help us. He’ll see it through. I have seen way too much to not believe that! So, we just do the next few steps that are in front of us. Once there, He will give us the next ones. I love working for and with Father God. It is awesome to see Him move.
