Greetings from Gettysburg! 🙂

This blog is #513. I am happy to say I have finally filed Juliana Love Publishing as an LLC. It was on my goal list. FOCUS PEOPLE! The Bible says, “Write the vision, and make it plain.” (Habakkuk 2:2 KJV). What is your vision? Write it out. Make the goals. Even if they seem out of reach. Take one step at a time. https://thememoirsofsummerray.com/2026/04/14/the-process-of-patience/. One step, gets you to the next step. You just have to keep walking forward. It is true, at times, you may have to walk up some pretty steep steps. But one step at a time, leads you closer to completion of your goals.

The only thing left to do now, other than getting the 7th & 8th books published, is getting the business bank account opened. This will allow me to expand the books to other platforms. But I am also starting a new film class in a week as I will start to transition more to the film side of the project. I feel a lot of pressure has been lifted off of me. But I kept myself focused, and I just kept moving forward. It was awful at times. https://thememoirsofsummerray.com/2026/04/14/the-process-of-patience/. But even one little inch in the right direction is still progress. So, now I am working on a new set of goals. But it is also the end result of those goals. What do I want to accomplish? What is the mission and the purpose in all of this? We must make it plain. It breaks it all down in very simple terms. This is what I am doing and why!

I love being able to cross a line through a completed goal. But some goals were required before I can complete others – like the bank account. Before I could put my books in stores, I needed to have my own ISBNs and barcodes. With the 7th book being published next week, I have two months to finish writing the 8th one. It means I don’t have to rush the ending of the story. But it does mean it will be released on July 4th of the 250th anniversary of America, with George Washington on the cover. As much as I love our American history and founding, I am in awe of God’s goodness. This is His doing. I never dreamed it could happen like that. This is not the picture I am using. But it is the same type of picture.

Write the vision and make it plain.

Then take it one step at a time.
