We have been very busy with Summer Ray and why I haven’t been blogging much. We are still working on the Proof of Concept video. It should be finalized by the end of December. Excited! I think it will do really well on the film festival circuit. Plus, it will be a great way to advertise and tell people a little about the story. I am also working on buying up a lot of the books, to soon start a book tour. We need to also focus on promoting the books as well as the pilot. The new A Redemption in Time film website will also be up and running soon. There is just a lot of behind the scenes work to be done. But I am happy to have a lot of the loose ends tied and we can look forward to a great and prosperous new year in 2023. We will be starting our 14th year. Wow! But, God never gave me a time table on when the first film would be released. It is often the case. He just gets us through each day and we simply cannot quit. We must keep moving forward as HE always meets us where we are, and gets us where we need to be. I polished the script more and I am always happy when I do. It just seems to enhance it every time. The script will also be submitted to festivals and who knows, maybe in 2023 we will not only be nominated, but will get some awards too. All of this is geared toward film funding.
We always have to keep our eyes on the prize, and for us, it is seeing this pilot on the big screen, in hopes that we can make a difference. The purpose of Summer Ray is to: Light the World. So, we just keep moving forward, knowing that the funding will come. We just have to continue to do our part and to keep the faith!
