It’s been three weeks since my last blog. I was pretty sick for about two months and finally now, I am able to concentrate back on the project. In all honestly, I felt pretty low about myself for not being able to work. Sad! But true. We need to make sure that we take better care of our health, so we do not end up burnt out.
But a few updates to post. Bethany Beach Books, now has a copy of the first book, This Fair and Blighted Land https://www.bethanybeachbooks.com/. It’s exciting because Bethany Beach, Delaware does show up in the story. Plus, it’s my other home.

SostarSun Productions, our film company, is also incorporated in Delaware.

Other news; Big Round Top;

Little Round Top;

and Devil’s Den;

are all closed for restoration. I think Devil’s Den will open soon, but the other two about eighteen months. If this happened a few years ago, I would have freaked out. But I have learned that God’s timing is perfect. So, what does this have to do with Summer Ray? Well, all three places we need to film at. We can always push those scenes till the very end, should we start production in the next six months. I truly am not concerned about it. It will all be okay and work out beautifully! Plus, being so sick has set me back on the skating program. I go back to the rink tomorrow and thankfully, I am ready to.

So, a little more time – works in our favor. I am going to be entering the script in more film festivals; the storyboards too as well as submit for a read thru. We will be doing our own read thru here soon. We must get the show on the road. But, we also MUST take care of our health.
