WASHINGTON MEMORIAL CHAPEL

There is no way that I can adequately describe the beauty of this chapel, nor of its architecture. It is simply exquisite and the memorials to George Washington and the Continental Army, literally makes you feel like you have stepped back to the Revolutionary War. Why is this so important? It is added to the Summer Ray book series and I cannot wait to be able to bring this story to life. https://wmchapel.org/. But these scenes are in later books.

The picture below is George Washington’s headquarters. Valley Forge is where there the Continental Army encamped during the winter of 1777 and 1778. There are scenes about this in the pilot. Anytime I visit the encampment, I have to stop by and visit George.

I feel like with the book covers I haven’t done the Revolutionary War justice. I LOVE the book covers, but they are only showing Gettysburg. https://thememoirsofsummerray.com/the-summer-ray-book-series/. I am going to check into getting a graphic designer that can meet the needs of the book covers as a whole story. HONESTLY, books are truly judged by their covers. I am not an expert in design. When you have to level up what you just leveled up, don’t get frustrated. Just accept it as a means of reaching a higher level of success. It wasn’t until yesterday, after I spent some time at Valley Forge again that I realized, I was not promoting the story that best I can be or should be. So, I am going to look for a book designer and then help me get more appropriate book covers. I miss it already, Valley Forge and Washington’s Crossing on both sides of the Delaware River. Will be going back soon. But first, Bethany Beach again before the summer is over. Oh and yes, that beach is in the story too.
