THE MEMOIRS OF SUMMER RAY

The last few days we were moving into a bigger apartment. It definitely has twice the room as we were temporarily crammed into a studio apartment. But it took a week to move, paint and clean. I was shocked we had so much stuff, as 80% of what we have is still in storage. It didn’t seem to matter what I did, the piles of stuff didn’t seem to move or dwindle. It was at times, exhausting because the mess just seem to grow. But in all honesty it didn’t grow, it was just hidden. Then we had to get it all out in the open and start the tedious task of throwing stuff out, donating it, or keeping it. Sometimes I have felt this with this project. Things have at times, seemed like they were a total mess, and like we weren’t moving forward. It was like we left the station, but we were stuck on the tracks and not moving. The good news, we left the station. The not so good news, I felt we were sitting on the tracks waiting to be able to move forward. It was frustrating!

But with progression and progress, also comes expansion. But expansion takes planning, blueprints and a map to follow. In growing the project, I am having to remove the old series. I am having to renew or renovate and expand the website, so that I can have a store on it. I now have a much bigger office that I can also do my Summer Ray crafts in. Then I can take the finished products to storage, where they are categorized and put in order. But to get to their final destination before they are sent to their buyers, the mess I made and make in the meantime was/is huge. I never thought I was going to be able to get things in order. I was literally buried by stuff. Plus dealing with the new book covers, new logo, new LLC, new bank account etc., it has been a very slow process. But now that the first book cover is designed and the logo, the remaining book covers won’t take so long. Juliana Love Publishing

will be an LLC and the new bank account will be opened in a few weeks. Also because I decided to keep the books on Amazon, it won’t take long either to get the new books on there. I do need to also update my Amazon Author Page https://www.amazon.com/stores/Juliana-Love/author/B00M1UZS8G as this one is seriously outdated. Cleaning up messes is needed. It helps with expansion and it helps to get things in order. But goals are definitely being met. I just need to allot more time to finish the current goals. I am excited to see the expansion of our project. It has been a long time coming. But behind the scenes, we have really been progressing. We really have been moving forward all along. I just couldn’t see it until now. I still need to update and clean up a few things. This is to make way for the improvements. Once the books are done, the Pitch Deck will be the next to complete.

There will only be a few more things left to finish, in order to be ready to reach out to investors. Pinch me! All the sudden we didn’t just leave the station, we are close to arriving where we need to be, in order to move into pre-production! Wow! Thank You, Jesus!!!
