THE MEMOIRS OF SUMMER RAY

2024 has been an uphill battle with my health. But thankfully, I am making progress little by little. It’s been this way with the project too, and I think why I understand patience. I know God always works things out for the good! I am definitely better than I was last year. 2025, I will be better than this year. But lot of great things took place in 2024 with Summer Ray. As we close out 2024, the 8th book is being worked on. The original book series was reformatted and they look so much better. I finished the first memoirs book. The professional script analysis from Largo A.I. https://fromtheheartproductions.com/largo-ai-artificial-intelligence-film-analysis/ came back with, “fantastic results.” Plus, we have found our Production Manager. The Pitch Deck (“a visual presentation that tells the story of a business and convinces investors to support it“), is also being worked on. I am also getting ready to practice our pitch in class. Things I thought were at least a year away, actually was only a month or two. God knows when things are ready and He makes it happen.

Tomorrow we will be at Freedom Valley Church https://fv.church/ promoting the books and film at their vendor event.

I will have brochures to hand out, and the books will be on display. The first book, “This Fair and Blighted Land,” will be on sale at a discounted price. I am looking now for venues for book signings and other events to promote the project at. This includes more film festivals as well. A lot of good is happening. But I also believe that God is helping me to heal, so I can keep up. It may seem slow – this project. But there again, it is all in God’s perfect timing. I actually cannot run ahead, due to my health. I am healing at a very slow pace. But I believe the projects growth is also tied to that, so it doesn’t backfire on me. Somehow, in God’s sovereignty, He has worked it all out and everything will happen in His timing! I have complete trust and confidence in that. It took me a long time to reach that place. It certainly did not happen overnight. But with much trial and error, I came to realize that God’s way is the only way! Why? It is because His way is the right way and the best way possible. God had an amazing Production Manager just waiting for me to find him, and for him to find Summer Ray. But it will be this way with all of our cast and crew. I may get anxious to start production. But we have to follow the steps to get there. We cannot cut corners either. So, as things are being worked on now, they will have a huge impact at the right time. We have an outline of what the next few steps are and we are diligently working on them.
