THE MEMOIRS OF SUMMER RAY

Since the start of this website, I have written 410 blogs that have reached across the globe. So, wherever you are reading this from, please let me say first and foremost, “Thank you!” When I check the stats and see different countries added, it makes me want to work even harder. Our mission with Summer Ray is to:

Light the World.

Did I expect it to take this long to get where we are today, when we haven’t even started production yet? Nope! But over the years, the script needed to be tweaked and the books needed to be written. I am still in the process of finishing up the 8th volume. But then we got into making videos and then submitting to film festivals. It’s been a lot of work. But even our best, needed to go to the next level. Just when I thought we were at the door to (at the very least, pre-production), nope again. We still needed to upgrade the development phase. I will soon be upgrading this website too. The new short film will also be released soon on YouTube as well as to film festivals. The Bible says in Zechariah 4:8-10 (MSG)

“After that, the Word of God came to me: “Zerubbabel started rebuilding this Temple and he will complete it. That will be your confirmation that God-of-the-Angel-Armies sent me to you. Does anyone dare despise this day of small beginnings? They’ll change their tune when they see Zerubbabel setting the last stone in place!”

Meaning, we all have to start with just one stone. But the Word of God was, “he will complete it.” Once that was spoken, it was as good as done! Did it look like it would be completed when the first stone was put in place? No! Nothing look finished with just one stone or one brick in place. But it is the vision of completion, of that last stone or that last brick that keeps it finished in our minds and that helps us to keep going. I can already see the pilot finished in my mind. It is complete to me now, but we still have to do the work to bring it to fruition in the natural. People who laughed us, who told us we couldn’t do it, will also be forced to, “change their tune,” when they see that the film is in theaters and that it is being distributed world wide. I cannot despise where we are. It took Noah 100 years to build the Ark. I wrote a book about it! You can check it out by clicking below on the book cover.

Don’t let anyone tell you, “You can’t” when God says you, “YOU CAN“! I believe God will bring this project to completion. I show Him my belief, by the way we keep moving forward. I won’t quit because I know what God said, and that is simply that! I cannot despise the days of small beginnings. “Despise” is defined as, “detest, hate, loath, intense dislike.” Don’t! Take the time to learn your craft in excellence! Soon after, you will find that people are coming to you because they want to be a part of your amazing project!
