1). SUMMER RAY – (Caucasian) – golden brown eyes – contacts can be worn
1)a…5 years old – must have black hair – must be able to stand on ice in double bladed skates and march, march, glide across the ice. speaking role.
1)b…21 years old – must have black hair – must be able to do a layback spin. The 21 year old will also double as the 14 year old Summer Ray. speaking role. (Athletic build)
1)c…(CAST) 50 years old – must have black hair with some white – know or be willing to learn basic sign language – will have to also learn to stutter periodically and work with the American Sign Language consultant. MUST also be able to stand on the ice. (Will have a skating double). (Athletic build) speaking role.
2). UNION COLONEL/GENERAL MCDANIELS – (Caucasian) dark brown eyes/black hair/black beard
35 -40 years old -MUST be able to ride a horse, or be willing to learn. McDaniels is a bitter ghost that the actor must be able to portray. speaking role.
3). KAT – (mixed Irish) – brownish/red hair curly, green eyes
3)a…52 year old – classy, stylish, Summer Ray’s best friend and her long time rock and voice of reason, must be able to project being firm toward Summer at times, caring. speaking role.
