I keep these two things attached to each other on my desk, for motivation. I need Jazzercise to help with my overall fitness, health and wellbeing, but also for my skating program in the film. It is a constant reminder than even when I don’t feel like it, I need to be consistent with my training. But having ladies such as these in my corner, makes all the difference in the world.
We really need to just sit back and think about how blessed we are. I am so fortunate to have so many amazing people who support, love and encourage me. I feel like Moses at times. He had to have people hold his arms up for him because as soon as his arms were too tired and they dropped, the battle turned against them. But with his arms held up, it caused them to win. Perhaps this is a reminder of why the leading man’s middle name is Moses; to help me see God in all of what He is doing with Summer Ray, and all those who support me and this project. This isn’t something I could have done and still do on my own. So, to everyone above and to all who are supportive of this project, let me just say, “Thank you!” When I am so tired I can barely think, or walk, I appreciate you motivating me to keep on keeping on.
I am working hard on staying consistent and getting the book series finalized. I am working hard on my fitness and skating training. I am working hard on absorbing the film class I am taking via From the Heart. I am working hard on the breakdowns on the script. I am trying to get a better grasp of the shooting schedule and locations needed, compared to what we already have. I think this pilot can be done in a matter of a few weeks, once all the necessary pieces are in place. We are almost there!
